New to boxing? This class is the perfect place to start.
Our Beginners Boxing classes are designed for all fitness levels and require no previous experience. You'll learn the fundamentals of boxing in a supportive and welcoming environment, focusing on technique, fitness, and confidence.
Classes cover:
• Basic stance and footwork
• Punching technique and combinations
• Pad work and partner drills
• Defensive skills and movement
• Boxing fitness and conditioning
• Building confidence at your own pace
Whether you're looking to improve your fitness, learn a new skill, lose weight, or simply have fun, our coaches will guide you every step of the way.
No experience needed. Just bring a positive attitude and be ready to work hard, stay patient, and be consistent.
